Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking dedicated Med Techs to join our team. Our associates provide safe medication delivery, build meaningful relationships with residents, and support seniors in assisted living and memory care.

Qualifications

• Completion of Med Tech training program.
• Minimum six months’ experience in long-term care or memory care.
• Experience in memory care environment preferred.
• Able to work overnights, holidays and weekends.
• Must love working with seniors.
• Team builder with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers.
• Willing to learn and grow skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe delivery and administration of medications.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Support seniors in memory care and assisted living settings.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality of life.
• Work overnight, holiday and weekend shifts as needed.

What you will need for this position:

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program
• Minimum of six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech
