Job summary

You will monitor telemetry, review heart function, and collaborate with the facility team on a flexible schedule.

Requirements include 1-2 years of recent experience and an active RN license in a US state, plus any additional certifications requested by the unit.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience in the primary care area or med-surg.
• Active RN license or appropriate accreditation in a US state.
• Willingness to meet facility/unit-specific requirements and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult patients with medical or general surgical needs requiring hospitalization.
• Closely monitor patients and review telemetry readouts to assess heart function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care during travel assignments.

Job description

As a MS/Telemetry RN, you'll provide care for adult patients experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures that require hospitalization and intervention. MS/Telemetry RN closely monitor the patients' condition, including heart function, so you must be able to accurately review telemetry readouts.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
