Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care and support recovery in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, administer medications, and coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for diverse patient populations in the Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and obtain WA RN license upon hire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• BSN preferred with acute care experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, compassionate patient care and perform skilled nursing procedures.
• Assess patients comprehensively and adjust care plans as needed.
• administer medications per physician orders and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-discharge needs.
