Advantis Medical is seeking a Med Surg Travel Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment at Medical City - Dallas Hospital in Dallas, TX. The role pays $1,506 per week and follows a Nights shift on a 3x12 schedule, with Meditech as the EMR.

You will manage a varied medical-surgical caseload, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and safe care transitions. Day One benefits and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Med Surg nursing experience.
• Active Texas RN License.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions, including postoperative care when assigned.
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor for changes in condition, escalating concerns promptly.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the interdisciplinary care team.
