Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing, partnering with Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA, is seeking a Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. The role pays $2,174 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule.

You will manage a varied caseload of acute and chronic medical-surgical patients, perform thorough assessments, administer medications and IVs, and coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Med Surg nursing experience.
• Active Washington RN License.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions, including postoperative care when assigned
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor for changes in condition, escalating concerns promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the interdisciplinary care team
