Candidates must have an RN degree and Virginia RN license, with BLS within 90 days of hire. Prior RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN Degree REQUIRED.
• Virginia RN License REQUIRED.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 90-days of hire.
• Prior RN experience PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Assess and monitor post-surgical patients on a telemetry unit.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
