Job summary

TALENT Software Services recruits Registered Nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. The RN will monitor patients, coordinate care, and document nursing actions accurately.

Required licensure in Oklahoma, BLS, NIHSS, and completion of an approved nursing program. Epic experience and strong communication skills are essential to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program with a diploma or degree.
• 0–6 months of related clinical experience; Epic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently.
• Detail-oriented in examination of clinical and numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Individualise care plans within unit guidelines and patient age groups.
• Collaborate with disciplines and coordinate patient education.
• Document nursing steps and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Demonstrate professional judgment in changing patient/unit situations.
