Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for Plymouth Hospital in Plymouth, MA. This 13-week onsite contract offers 12-hour night shifts, with guaranteed hours and weekend/holiday expectations.

Responsibilities include floating to MS telemetry floors as needed and passing onboarding telemetry and medications tests. Candidates must have at least 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience and current ACLS/AHABLS certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience.
• Current AHABLS Certification is required.
• ACLS is required (AHA).
• Pass/Fail ECG/Telemetry test during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Float to MS Tele floors as needed.
• Work 12-hour night shifts (07:00 PM–07:30 AM).
• Complete Telemetry Competency Exam prior to assignment.

Position Description

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

FLOAT POOL POSITION - will float to all MS TELE floors as needed

**PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST DURING ONBOARDING - ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS ** Dysrhythmia and Medication tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment. We need RN s to test within 48 hrs of offer. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN s prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers

WILL BE EXPECTED TO FLOAT TO LIKE UNITS AND TO OVERFLOW AREAS

License Registered Nurse required MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: at least 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience and able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam.

Current AHABLS Certification. ACLS AHA REQUIRED -

Documented Professional Developmental activities Knowledge of Critical Paths Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Orientation is biweekly. NM to interview and offer
