TalentBurst is seeking a Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week onsite contract in Cleveland, OH. Shifts are 12 hours, night or day, with rotation to other units as needed.

Candidates must have Ohio license (or compact), BLS, ACLS and NIHSS, plus 12 months of Med-Surg Telemetry experience. Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments. Start date: 11/13/2026.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months perm experience in the specialty applying for.
• OHIO license or compact state in hand.
• AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Responsibilities

• Care for Med-Surg Telemetry patients with potential to float to other units and ED.
• Night or day 12-hour shifts, with rotating schedule to meet hospital needs.
• Ensure patient safety, monitor vitals and respond to changes in condition.

Job Description:
Med/Surg Tele RN. (Potential to float to other units and ED to care for same patient population) POSSIBILITY THEY WILL TAKE PATIENTS ON VENTILATORS
Scheduling:

• D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

Experience

• MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for.

License and Certs:

• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Notes:

• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
