TalentBurst is hiring a Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for an 18-week onsite contract in Cleveland, OH. The role covers Med-Surg Telemetry with potential float to related units and ventilated patients, on a night/day rotation.

Applicants must have 12 months of perm experience in the specialty, an Ohio license or Compact state, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certs. Vaccinations and orientation requirements apply as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of perm experience in Med-Surg Telemetry or similar.
• Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med-Surg Telemetry care for the specified patient population.
• Possible float to J1-2, J33 and ED to cover same patient population.

Duration: 18 Weeks

Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 / Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

Med/Surg Tele RN. (Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED to care for same patient population) POSSIBILITY THEY WILL TAKE PATIENTS ON VENTILATORS

18 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted at this time!

D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

MUST HAVE 12 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for (preferable to be within one location but can be combined)

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
