Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg Tele to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement evidence-based nursing models and advocate for patients and families.

Responsibilities include admission–shift assessments, medication administration, timely documentation, prompt patient interaction, and thorough patient education to support positive outcomes and a compassionate

Formación

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) licensure is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor therapeutic response with documentation in the medical record.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests while anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps.
