ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit in Sherman Oaks, CA, on a day shift for a 13-week contract. The RN will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians to monitor cardiac status and diagnostic results.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting care, educating patients and families, and guiding other nursing staff to maintain high-quality standards of care in a fast-paced hospital

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Previous experience in an Acute Care hospital setting.
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate care plans.
• Document patient care and clinical information accurately.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and treatment responses.
• Educate patients and their families on health management.
