Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in South Jersey seeks an RN to join the multidisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients using the nursing process and therapeutic use of self.

Kelemen 10 is a medical-surgical unit with telemetry for up to 72 patients total across North and South 10; South 10 includes an Intermediate Care Unit; rounds Monday–Friday with a pharmacist on the unit to support timely care; require NLN accredited

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License.
• Current NJ-BLS Certification.
• Certain specialties may require advanced certification (i.e. ACLS, NALS, PALS).

Responsibilities

• Follows established policies and procedures.
• Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management and physicians.
• Applies Cooper core values. Other duties as required.
