Job summary

Masc Medical in Fort Walton Beach, FL is actively seeking Registered Nurses for Med Surg on a full-time basis. Multiple needs exist with day (7am–7pm) and night (7pm–7am) shifts; sign-on and relocation incentives are available at management discretion.

Offers competitive pay between $30 and $48 per hour, plus a night shift differential of $4.25/hour. Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical/dental, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license.
• BSN preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience.
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty.

Responsibilities

• Looking for 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties.
• Beds depending on location and department.
• Proper patient ratios.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds.

Education

Current FL RN License or compact RN license

BSN preferred

ASN acceptable with solid experience

BLS certification
