Job summary

Riverside Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical-Surgical care in the Labor Pool in Gloucester, Virginia. This part-time position offers day shifts and an opportunity to work within Riverside Walter Reed Hospital’s clinical team.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring thorough documentation. CPR/BLS and RN licensure are required, with a BSN preferred for advanced practice.

Qualifications

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per standards of practice.
• Partners with patients and family to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to facilitate quality patient care.
• Complete required clinical and quality documentation consistently per RHS standards.
