Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN seeks a Registered Nurse for Med Surg during night shifts. You will perform accurate patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care with the health team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an ADN (BSN preferred), BLS certification, and TN RN licensure, with opportunities to grow within a large, mission-driven health system.

Formación

• Required - Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Required BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee.

Responsabilidades

• Patient assessments are performed accurately and timely.
• Develops a prioritized holistic plan of care based on a comprehensive assessment and outcomes.
• Safely implements the plan of care for patients, directly or by delegation.
• Evaluates the patient plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Effectively communicates with patients/families and health team members.
• Directs and delegates all patient care activities on nursing units.
