Vetted Solutions is seeking a Regional Float Medical-Surgical RN to support multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in acute Med/Surg units with extended assignments at a single hospital to build familiarity.

You'll work three 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, in a team-focused environment that prioritizes collaboration, professional growth, and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute Med/Surg RN experience.
• Missouri RN license with ability to obtain Illinois licensure.
• Strong adaptability and teamwork in nursing practice.
• Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN (acceptable).
• Certifications: BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.
