Piedmont Columbus Northside in Georgia is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and an active Georgia RN license with BCLS; additional certifications may be required within 6 months based on unit assignment. New graduates are eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license or multistate license.
• BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and participate in ongoing professional growth.
