Requirements include an ADN or higher in nursing, active RN license, BLS certification from AHA, and about 1 year of med-surg experience. You will provide nursing care, document in EMR, collaborate with the care team, and support discharge planning.

Formación

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred in medical-surgical or similar setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
