Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical floors in Longmont, CO. Multiple shifts (day and night) and both full-time and part-time roles are available. Eligible candidates should have an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of Med-Surg experience.

BLS is required and EMR proficiency is expected. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active RN license in good standing
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs and implement physicians' treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR according to policies
