Job summary
Incredible Health in Jackson, MI is actively seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to join our team. This role requires a Michigan RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan
- ADN or higher in nursing
- 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical setting
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care in EMR per hospital and departmental policies
