Job summary

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, coordinate treatment plans, and monitor diverse adult patient populations.

You’ll administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. You’ll educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Patient-centered care with safe clinical judgment.

Responsibilities
