Incredible Health Hospitals in Spokane, WA are actively hiring Registered Nurses for Medical-Surgical units. Qualified candidates have an ADN or higher, current RN license, and BLS certification, with 1 year of relevant nursing experience. EMR proficiency and strong clinical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital policies.
