Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is hiring a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. The role requires adherence to organizational policies and ongoing professional growth to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Applicants should have RN licensure in Georgia, BCLS certification, and a nursing degree. New graduates are welcome; hospital experience is preferred for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• RN Georgia licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• 1 year hospital experience preferred for PRN positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care with assigned staff.

Education

Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
