Job summary

Catholic Health Initiatives seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care per physician orders. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, and participate in a collaborative team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, creating individualized care plans with physicians and nurses, administering medications, and providing compassionate support to patients and families within home health or facility

Qualifications

• Current RN license allowing practice in our state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Specialty certification preferred (CCRN CNOR CEN).
• Additional licensure may be required for some specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patients' conditions and assessing their needs.
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise care plans.
• Administering medications and providing treatments as ordered.
• Fostering a compassionate environment for patients and families.
