Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and physician orders.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and document administration.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Document care and education promptly in the medical record.
