Qualifications

• Arizona RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP based on department needs.
• BSN degree preferred; acute care experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and identifies nursing diagnoses.
• Implements and evaluates nursing and medical orders to meet patient needs.
• Participates in hourly rounding and may serve as shift supervisor.
• Tailors care plans considering physical, psychosocial, cultural, and safety factors and involves patients/families in goals.
