Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• State RN licensure; BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS/CPR must be valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor new staff and precept learners.
• Support safety and quality at the point of care.
• Direct care in Acute Care Med-Surg units.
