Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN licensure (state of Missouri) required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
