Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nurse in Georgia to join an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes high-quality, evidence-based patient care guided by Wellstar practices and governance models.

You will work with licensed and unlicensed staff to support patients, families, and significant others. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of RN experience, a valid RN license (state or multi-state), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license required; single-state or compact license accepted.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in patient care.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and teamwork.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary rounds and patient teaching.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
