• Demonstrate commitment to quality and safety and participate in evidence-based practice.
• Use effective verbal and non-verbal communication with patients and staff.
• Coordinate patient and family education throughout treatment to facilitate safe transitions.
• Support unit and hospital goals and participate in performance improvement processes.
• Perform validated clinical skills and utilize technology to optimize care delivery.
• Provide mentorship and precepting to new colleagues and interns.
