Qualifications

• Required - Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
• Required - 0-1 years clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred - 1-3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and scope of practice for an RN.
• Ability to use the nursing process to develop and support individualized care plans.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology (EHR, bar code scanning).

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Provides patient and family education on care plans, medications, and self-care.
• Develops, implements, and adjusts personalized patient care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Administers medications safely following best practices.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
