Job summary

ProLink is seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients with medical and surgical conditions. The role includes post-op recovery support and acute illness management on med-surg floors.

The ideal candidate will have nursing expertise in med-surg settings and be proficient in documenting care and interacting with multidisciplinary teams within a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current credentials.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with medical and surgical conditions (Med-Surg).
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and patient recovery.
• Document care in EHR systems like Epic.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and manage stock of clinical supplies.
