Job summary

Mercy Rogers is seeking a Registered Nurse on our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) unit. The RN uses the nursing process to deliver safe, patient-centered care, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and upholds patient rights and confidentiality.

This 48-bed Med-Surg unit cares for diagnoses including pneumonia, sepsis, diabetes, COPD, and CKD. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and RN to BSN assistance within a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality.
• Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality per Mercy policies.
