Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, following nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will work within organizational policies and coordinate care with assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Candidates must have valid RN licensure in Georgia (or NLC/eNCL), BCLS, and related certifications; additional ACLS/PALS and specialty credentials may be required within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Georgia (or NLC/eNCL).
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS and other specialty certifications as addendum may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to maintain standards of practice and quality nursing care.
• Follow organizational policies and procedures and participate in professional growth and accountability.
