Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced and new graduate nurses for multiple units in Oklahoma. Eligible incumbents can receive sign-on bonuses of $15,000 for experienced nurses (1+ year) and $10,000 for new graduates. Education paths include ADN, Diploma, or BSN with RN licensure required in the hiring state or a compact license.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required.
• Position requires ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs; prolonged standing/walking; ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist and squat.
