Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process. The nurse will make clinical judgments with supervision and coordinate care for patients in Jamaica Plain, MA.

This travel assignment offers 40 hours per week at a pay rate of $3,507 per week, with weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the practicing state.

• Current Health Certificate per contract/state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

The nurse demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.
