Domnovate is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week W-2 contract at a 25-bed critical-access hospital in Newport, VT. The role covers nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with every other weekend and holiday coverage, and includes floating to ED or maternal-child care as needed.

Bring Vermont RN license, BLS and ACLS, with at least five years of experience. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and potentially take charge responsibilities.

Total Compensation: $63.73–$67.17/hour*

Bring your med-surg and progressive-care skills to a 25-bed critical-access hospital where a broad clinical background makes a daily difference. Assess changing patient needs, coordinate care and step into charge responsibilities with confidence. You will also float to emergency or maternal-child care when needed, making this a varied assignment for an experienced, adaptable nurse.

• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Nights, 7 p.m.-7 a.m., including every other weekend and holiday coverage.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Call coverage may be required; additional call compensation is confirmed before an offer.
• Proposed start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• RN authorization for Vermont practice by the assignment start.
• BLS and ACLS certification; at least five years of experience.
• Ability to work independently, perform charge duties and float to ED or maternal-child care when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $28.54–$31.98.
