Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Orthopedics unit in Boynton Beach. This full-time role requires an RN with acute Med Surg experience and a strong foundation in patient-centered care, safety, and teamwork.

The RN will perform assessments, develop plans, implement interventions, and document outcomes while supporting evidence-based practices and professional standards. Sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing (required).
• RN license in good standing and current BLS.
• Minimum 1 year acute Med Surg experience.
• PALS/NRP/ACLS/ONS certifications may be required.
• RN must maintain ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care in a Med Surg Orthopedics setting.
