Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

You will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and document individualized care plans while supporting safety and quality initiatives. A Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree with an active RN license is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required.
• Active RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with <2 years of experience.

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, active RN license, and preferably a Bachelor's Degree with less than two years of experience. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
