Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3 years acute care experience required.
• 2 years in a similar or related unit preferred.
• BLS and RN license (PA) required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate nursing care for a defined patient population.
• Recruit, interview and select staff for the unit.
• Develop and evaluate unit policies, procedures and goals.
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide clinical leadership.
• Manage staffing and budget to ensure safe, quality care.
