Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Strong computer, software and web-based application proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and teach diverse patients, families and groups.
• Lead and manage the nursing team within the interdisciplinary unit.
• Use data to evaluate care and promote improvements.
