Job summary

Oak Valley Hospital District in California is seeking a certified Licensed Vocational Nurse for the Med-Surg department to deliver professional nursing care, assess patient and family health problems, and lead plan development and outcomes evaluation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN School of Nursing.
• Three years' experience preferred.
• Current California LVN license.
• ACLS preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient/family health problems and resources.
• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Provide professional nursing care to Med-Surg patients, including post-operative, telemetry, and infectious disease cases.
