Job summary

Gadsden Regional Medical Center is seeking an LPN for Med Surg to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, and participate in care planning to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with state licensure.
• 0–1 year of LPN experience in healthcare setting.
• Current BCLS and ACLS preferred; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document care and educate patients and families.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
