Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver expert care across all age groups, supporting excellence in nursing practice. You will work 24 hours per week, apply the nursing process, adhere to hospital policies and standards, and contribute to patient outcomes while communicating clearly with patients and families.

Current MA RN license required; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications preferred depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• New graduate nurses accepted for some positions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Successful completion of orientation and annual competencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across all age groups using the nursing process.
• Promote excellence in nursing practice and patient outcomes.
• Comply with hospital policies, guidelines and standards (MA Nurse Practice Act, CDC, OSHA).
• Collaborate with care team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
