Job description

Job Description: The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CNA assists in the patients care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patients needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. At HMC and WMH may have completed fundamentals of nursing course in lieu of CNA.

Job Requirements:

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Cert Nurse Assistant - Various
