You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer medications safely, educate patients, and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and operational efficiency on the unit.

Formación

• RN with Med Surg experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment and care coordination skills.
• Ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication and patient education capabilities.

Responsabilidades
