As a Nursing Clinical Instructor and faculty member, you will oversee clinical education, support students, evaluate performance, and collaborate with partners. Candidate must hold RN license in VA or compact state, have BSN, two years of clinical nursing practice, and be pursuing MSN; shifts are 8–12 hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Virginia or any compact state.
• Completed BSN.
• Two years of successful clinical nursing practice.
• Currently attending MSN.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in the assigned clinical setting
• Provide guidance for students in professionalism, practice, and research
• Select and organize learning activities that facilitate attainment of course objectives
• Ensure effective evaluations of student practice
• Promote evidence‑based practice
• Provide a supportive learning environment by giving feedback on student progress to supervisory personnel
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, healthcare partners, and their staff
• Attend orientation, training and faculty meetings
