CHI St. Vincent is seeking a Med Surg Charge Nurse to oversee daily unit operations, coordinate patient care and drive excellent outcomes in Conway, Arkansas. The role requires strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaborative leadership across care teams.

You will coordinate with nursing staff, managers, and physicians to maintain high-quality patient care, while guiding clinical Ladder participation, sign-on bonuses, and relocation benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

• 2 years recent Nursing experience in area of specialty.
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day unit operations and coordinate patient care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, team leaders, supervisors and physicians to ensure quality care.
• Lead care coordination and advocate for optimal patient outcomes across shifts.
