The successful candidate will hire, train, and supervise staff, uphold high hygiene standards in the injection room, and continuously improve patient care while respecting diverse needs and rights.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced MedSpa/clinic environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and maintain facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the facility.
• Ensure highest level of client service is provided.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and safe injection room.
• Prioritize patient safety and hygiene across all processes.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes while advancing industry knowledge.
